The second annual ASAP benefit concert, Art and Soul, takes place at Ritual Café on 13th Street downtown Sunday evening, October 14, 6–9 p.m. with music provided by Mary McAdams, Mary Beth Mardis-LeCroy and David Ruhe, Ashpalt and Stained Glass, Rob Lumbard, and the Grape Ape Trust. This year’s event also features a silent auction with 29 entries of original art and services donated by local artists and ASAP patrons, among them Deb Anderson, Rachel Buse, Nancy Briggs, David Borzo, and Joe Crimmings. All proceeds from this fun evening go directly toward providing services to ASAP students.
