While many ASAP leaders were at the Bravo Greater Des Moines gala, ASAP’s outreach work kept marching on, with the help of dedicated volunteers. For the second year in a row, ASAP was delighted to partner with the City of Des Moines Parks and Recreation Department to provide arts experiences for attendees at the Father–Daughter Dance at the Science Center of Iowa. Girls of all ages—and their dads—enjoyed make-and-take art activities provided by ASAP volunteers. Special thanks to lead volunteer Garrison Copeland, and to all who helped ASAP shine.
