King Elementary School’s Halloween Fun Fest event takes place Friday, October 29, 2021. ASAP will be on hand with ample supplies for kids of all ages to make their own masks, embellished with color, stickers, rhinestones, feathers, and more. Masks can then be worn as costumes for trick-or-treating, a beloved children’s tradition in Des Moines.
